At Aurora Borealis Nails and Spa, the health and safety of our customers and staff are always our top priority. We want you to reduce the risk of infection as much as possible and spend your time with peace of mind. Please read all the guidelines below and cooperate with us.

Please kindly refrain from booking an appointment if the following applies:

• Those who have fever (99.5 °F or higher), cough, or suspected COVID-19
• Those who have traveled outside Chicago within 2 weeks
• Those who have been in contact with or suspected of being infected with the coronavirus in the last 30 days
• Please refrain from entering the store if you fall under any of the above.

In addition, we ask all customers to do the following:

• Wear a mask during the procedure when entering and exiting (please be sure to bring it with you)
• Temperature measurement before entering the salon.
• Disinfection of fingers

Infection prevention measures

• Ventilate the room.
• Workers use alcohol-based hand sanitizers that contain 60% or more alcohol.
• The seats are separated by partitions made of disinfectable material, and the treatment is performed with sufficient intervals.
• You cannot eat in the salon. In addition, the drink service will be suspended.
